Mzelo provides digital services and does not ship any physical goods. All premium subscription features are delivered online and activated instantly upon successful payment completion. After confirming payment, access is automatically applied to the user account without requiring any logistics or delivery processing time. Therefore, no shipping, delivery, or transit policies apply.
Access to premium features is granted immediately once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. In rare cases of processing delay, activation may take up to 5–10 minutes.
Since no physical product is shipped, no shipping or handling fees are applicable.
Because the service is delivered digitally, there is no tracking ID or shipping status. Users can verify premium status inside the application after purchase.
If access is not activated automatically after payment, please contact support with proof of payment and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
