In the rare case of an accidental duplicate payment or billing error, please contact us at support@mzelo.com within 7 days of the transaction. After review, a refund may be issued if applicable. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with features, change of preference, network issues, lack of usage, or inability to access the service due to factors outside our control. Since Mzelo provides digital services and instant account upgrade access, no physical product is shipped, and therefore no shipping or delivery-related policies apply.
Mzelo is a digital service product. No physical goods are shipped. All premium subscription features are delivered instantly online upon successful payment. Therefore, no shipping, logistics, or delivery timeframes apply.
